Water-fed pole extensions let us reach windows up to four stories high, safely from the ground — no ladders against your building, no lifts on your landscaping.

For siding, soffits and homes we soft-wash with an XJET system rather than blasting with straight pressure — low, controlled pressure that cleans thoroughly without damaging the structure, paint or seals of the home.

Soft washing and roof washing are the newest additions to the LMC lineup — already 100+ jobs completed using an XJET low-pressure system instead of straight high-pressure blasting.

The XJET setup lets us dial the pressure down and let the cleaning solution do the work. That means siding, paint, seals and shingles get cleaned without the damage that raw pressure can cause.

Roofs get a dedicated low-pressure treatment that targets black streaks and algae at the root, rinsed gently so granules and flashing stay intact.

Vacant and listed properties still need attention. LMC runs scheduled property checks, mowing and exterior upkeep so a home never looks abandoned between tenants or while it's on the market.
